Title: Digital Marketing Strategist (ABM & Marketing Technology)

Pay: $80,000 to $90,000 Annually

Location: Fully Remote – Canada

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent

Raise is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist (ABM & Marketing Technology) who will nurture and convert leads from our existing client‑base to new services and offerings. Working closely with sales, marketing, and our current Marketing Automation Lead, this person will steward email outreach initiatives from concept to implementation. The focus of this role will be ABM strategy, technology direction, and cross‑functional orchestration rather than hands‑on campaign construction and automation.

You’ll be joining a self‑managed team that thrives on collaboration, problem solving, and giving/receiving advice. Beyond your core role, you’ll become a regular contributor to broad marketing initiatives: providing advice, sharing expertise, and bringing your unique perspective to every project.

What You’ll Do1. Define Account Based Strategy for Priority Segments
  • Set the strategic direction for ABM across enterprise, mid‑market and key RFP accounts.
  • Design and create tailored account journeys, personalized messaging, and multi‑channel outreach sequences.
  • Build & Execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) Strategies
  • Partner with Sales to define target lists, buying committees, and campaign objectives.
2. Lead Demand Generation & Nurture Programs
  • Translate marketing/business needs into messaging that warms high‑value prospects.
  • Design sequences that nurture and convert leads
  • Develop targeted messaging for innovation offerings.
  • Create scalable templates and campaign structures other team members can reuse.
  • Support the use and integration of marketing tech stack with campaigns.
3. Monitor and Optimize Delivery
  • Work with our automation lead to assess, report, and improve on campaign outcomes while building out technical capabilities
  • Make data‑backed recommendations for campaign optimization and future investment.
  • Forecast marketing contribution to pipeline and provide insight on high‑performing segments.
  • Shape reporting structures that connect sales data and marketing signals into a unified view.
  • Lead measurement strategy for pipeline influence, account engagement, lead velocity, and ROI.
4. Support General Team Projects (Events, Paid Advertising)
  • Support event planning and execution, particularly for digital events
  • Work closely with content marketing lead on campaign design and execution
  • Implement paid advertising strategy
  • Support general email reach out and marketing projects
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years in ABM strategy, digital marketing, demand strategy, lead generation, or revenue aligned marketing roles.
  • Strong technical experience with CRM + marketing automation (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
  • Strategic ability and thinking for automated multi‑channel journeys (email, retargeting, web, content).
  • Expertise with and knowledge of complex B2B sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder buying journeys.
  • Ability to evaluate Martech tools, define requirements, and shape long‑term architecture.
  • Experience guiding and coordinating marketing technology use in alignment with campaign and lifecycle objectives
  • Expertise in designing account‑based frameworks, funnel strategy, and audience architecture.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to work cross‑functionally with non‑marketers.
  • Hands‑on experience with audience segmentation, targeting, scoring, and personalization.
  • Experience with paid advertising (Linked In ideally)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with staffing, payroll, or other HR related field
  • Experience marketing to an Enterprise level audience
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent data tools, and enterprise buyer intelligence systems.
  • Experience with our client industries, including Power and Energy, IT, Engineering, Banking and Finance, and/or Public Sector
  • Familiarity with generative AI workflows and automation agents.
  • Basic or intermediate visual design experience would be an asset
