Position: Field Nurse at Cencora

In your role at Cencora, you'll administer medications in home and specialty clinic settings, while actively monitoring IV infusion treatments and charting all activities. This position requires a Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with experience in acute care or homecare settings, as well as the ability to engage with patients and healthcare providers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications via IM, SC, and IV

• Support and monitor IV infusion treatments

• Provide patient education and training sessions

• Report adverse events and maintain documentation

• Coordinate with patients and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Experience with IV therapy preferred

• Current nursing registration and CPR certification

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to travel within designated areas
