Join Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance as a part-time Registered Nurse focusing on Inpatient and Emergency care. Provide essential health support through collaboration and critical nursing skills.
As a temporary part-time Registered Nurse in Wingham, you’ll play a vital role in restoring and promoting patients' health. Successful candidates will need to manage multiple responsibilities and exhibit excellent communication skills with patients and medical teams. The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and apply critical thinking in clinical scenarios
• Communicate with a multidisciplinary team on patient care
• Supervise assigned team members during care delivery
• Safely operate medical equipment and administer treatments
• Perform diagnostic tests as per nursing scope
Requirements:
• Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Diploma or degree, BScN preferred
• Relevant nursing certifications (BCLS, ACLS, etc.)
• 15 Lead ECG interpretation certification preferred
• Preferred two years nursing experience in acute care
