The role reports directly to the Lead Physician and requires 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, ideally in a primary care or family practice setting. Responsibilities involve patient assessments, triage, clinical interventions, and maintaining clinical documentation. This temporary role is part of an innovation project, lasting until March 31, 2027, with options for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revise and develop care protocols in collaboration with the Lead Physician

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and risk factor identification

• Carry out triage processes for patient prioritization

• Work collaboratively in care coordination and follow-up

• Initiate clinical procedures such as wound care and immunizations

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent

• Basic Life Support certification required; ACLS is an asset

• 1–2 years frontline nursing experience preferred

• Effective communication and patient rapport skills
