In this pivotal role, your responsibilities include supporting unit staff and promoting quality improvement measures. With a strong background of at least five years in nursing, you'll leverage your expertise to enhance clinical practices while mentoring colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead educational initiatives for nursing staff
• Promote safety standards on the unit
• Drive quality improvements and patient care initiatives
• Deliver hands-on nursing care as needed
• Maintain a calm and rational approach under pressure
Requirements:
• At least five years of relevant nursing experience
• Proven leadership capability required
• Graduate from a recognized School of Nursing
• Active registration with CRNS is required
• BCLS certification must be current
