Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate records
Develop and implement care plans
Maintain accountability for resident care
Administer medication as ordered
Provide dressing changes as ordered
Exercise sound nursing judgment
Facilitate problem solving
Promote positive communication
Report directly to DOC
Education
Must hold a Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Must be in good standing and registered with the Collage of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Active TLR certification
Active Part certification
Experience in Long Term Care is an asset

Organizational skills
Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
