As part of Cencora’s patient and provider support team, you will be instrumental in administering medications and IV treatments in various settings. This role needs someone who is detail-oriented and capable of working independently while also collaborating with healthcare teams to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IM, SC, and IV medications as needed

• Monitor infusions and document treatment results

• Offer patient education based on program protocols

• Report all incidents as per company procedures

• Engage in team meetings to enhance nursing practices

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Registered Practical Nurse

• IV therapy experience preferred

• Valid CPR certification and regulatory registration

• Excellent customer service skills

• Flexible to travel for patient appointments
