LPN Supervisor

Position: LPN Supervisor at The Meadows
The Meadows is seeking a skilled LPN Supervisor to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care. Take the lead in coaching a dedicated team while ensuring optimal quality of life for residents.

As the Assistant Unit Supervisor, you'll oversee daily nursing operations and guide CCA, Floor LPN, FSW, SSW, and ESW staff.

Your role includes assessments, medication administration, and collaborating on care plans, ensuring compliance with standards rooted in the Eden Alternative philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead medication administration and treatment procedures

• Conduct assessments and manage narcotic counts

• Supervise nursing staff's performance and development

• Participate in incident reporting and compliance

• Organize multidisciplinary care meetings for quality improvement

Requirements:

• Active LPN registration with Nova Scotia College of Nursing

• 2 years of nursing experience with clinical judgment

• Recent experience in medication administration

• Current CPR certification and willingness to obtain dementia care certification

• Supervisory experience with older adults preferred
