As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of the Long-Term Care Nursing Unit, responsible for assessing and planning patient care tailored to individual needs. Your contributions will support the mission and values of our organization. Shifts will vary between days, nights, and weekends, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments while ensuring high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Devise and implement personalized care plans
• Participate actively in quality and improvement programs
• Engage with patients and families to enhance care
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or nursing diploma
• Registration requirements with CRPNS and CRNS
• BCLS certification necessary
• Preference for psychiatric nursing experience
• Availability for varied shift timings
