Operating under the Specialty Pharma Supervisor, your role includes monitoring patients during treatments and documenting care accurately. Specialized training is available to ensure your skills are current and that you can thrive in infusion services while contributing to clinical trials and attending relevant conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans
• Perform health assessments and medication education
• Initiate IV access and administer treatments safely
• Document patient conditions and handle adverse events
• Maintain standards of practice per company policies
Requirements:
• BSN degree or equivalent from accredited nursing program
• Valid nursing registration and BLS certification
• ACLS required within the first three months
• Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
• Effective communication and assessment skills
