Position: Clinical Resource Nurse – Full-Time Emergency Role
Take on the role of Clinical Resource Nurse at Regina General Hospital’s Emergency Department. Elevate nursing standards while educating and supporting your team.

This full-time, temporary position is set to start on July 6, 2026. As the Nurse B, you will lead by example, focusing on safe, quality care and mentorship for nursing staff. Drive initiatives focused on patient safety and health authority objectives while adhering to best practices in nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe nursing care to all clients

• Mentor unit staff and provide educational support

• Drive patient safety and quality improvement efforts

• Implement occupational health and safety practices

• Represent the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Health Authority

Requirements:

• Five years of relevant clinical experience required

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) preferred

• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate essential

• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
