Location: Grenfell
Transform community health care as a full-time Nurse Practitioner at Grenfell Health Centre. Provide health services, collaborate with physicians, and conduct community assessments from your home base in Indian Head.
This position is integral to an interdisciplinary primary health care team, guiding assessments, planning, and evaluations. The Nurse Practitioner will implement health promotion initiatives, emergency care, and supportive instruction. You'll engage in community needs assessments and collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct community health assessments and evaluations
• Provide first-line treatment and emergency services
• Implement health promotion and protection strategies
• Collaborate with physicians for complex client needs
• Refer clients to additional healthcare services
Requirements:
• Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP)
• One year community health experience
• Three years RN experience in various care settings
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for work
• Registered/eligible with CRNS as RN (NP)
