We are seeking dedicated Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs) to assess, plan, and implement care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
This role offers flexibility with scheduling and emphasizes building therapeutic relationships to enhance client outcomes in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to clients
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited RPN program
• Current registration in good standing
• Recent experience in mental health settings is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
