Join a dedicated team as a Full-Time Registered Nurse with Saskatchewan Health Authority in Regina, providing essential nursing services to underserved communities. Your skills in treatment and diagnosis will support health needs effectively.
The Registered Nurse (AAP) role requires a graduate from an approved School of Nursing and a minimum of two years of recent nursing experience. Under the guidance of the Primary Health Care Manager, you'll diagnose and treat common medical disorders and offer nursing services in clinical and outreach settings. Your expertise will be pivotal in promoting health and wellness within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services in compliance with RN AAP standards
• Diagnose and treat common medical disorders per clinical guidelines
• Support case management and client navigation
• Refer clients to appropriate health care providers
• Engage in outreach to underserved populations
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
• Minimum two years recent nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of common medical disorders
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to promote relationships within the SHA and community
