Cogir Senior Living specializes in retirement residences, focusing on independent and assisted living. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide goal-directed nursing care while building trusting relationships with residents and families. Your expertise in gerontology and strong communication skills will contribute to personalized care plans and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care
• Build relationships with residents and families
• Implement and evaluate care plans continuously
• Ensure accurate clinical assessments and documentation
• Mentor and direct unregulated care providers
Requirements:
• Current LPN registration in applicable province
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Strong clinical knowledge and customer service focus
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
