We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses committed to providing holistic, resident-centric care within our retirement residences.
Your role will be vital in ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention backed by professional clinical knowledge. Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to foster trust and effective communication among staff, residents, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver goal-directed nursing care in compliance with standards
• Assess and document residents' clinical care accurately
• Teach and supervise unregulated care providers
• Adjust care plans based on resident needs
• Maintain strong communication with families and teams
Requirements:
• Active registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Background working with seniors preferred
• Knowledge in rehabilitation or long-term care
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
