Become a vital part of caring for residents at Providence Place in Moose Jaw. As a part-time Registered Nurse in Long-Term Care, you will assess, plan, and implement patient-centered care in shifts that include days and nights.
The position involves active participation in our innovative care model, delivering quality nursing care that reflects our mission and values. Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or relevant nursing diplomas. Responsibilities include patient assessments and the use of advanced technology to ensure the utmost care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate patient care plans
• Implement individualized nursing interventions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Promote patient-centered care and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or diploma
• Registered/eligible with CRNS and CRPNS
• Strong commitment to quality patient care
• Ability to work shifts days and nights
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
