Key Responsibilities:
• Assess health and vaccination status for patients
• Administer vaccines such as influenza and herpes zoster
• Provide services related to hypertension and anticoagulant therapy
• Educate patients on device usage, like glucometers
• Collaborate with pharmacy team on service offerings
Requirements:
• Membership with Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec
• DCS or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Familiarity with Quebec's immunization protocol
• Expertise in travel health
• Passion for community service
