You will work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, delivering optimum care throughout all health phases. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital in achieving your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote health and healing for clients
• Provide education as part of a health care team
• Work with multi-disciplinary team members
• Manage patient care in all health phases
• Ensure effective communication and documentation
Requirements:
• Practical Nursing diploma required
• Licensed with College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license where necessary
