Position: Safety Supervisor for Mill Operations
Elevate safety standards as a Safety Supervisor at Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. Oversee compliance and coach employees to foster a culture of safety across all mill operations.

In this role, you are responsible for leading safety initiatives throughout operational areas, ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory safety requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will involve peer-to-peer coaching, observing work practices, and modelling safe behaviors. Being a visible presence on the floor is essential for driving a proactive safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer daily peer-to-peer coaching on safe practices

• Ensure high visibility and proper behavior modeling

• Conduct work observations and document safety findings

• Assess the use of PPE, machine guarding, and safe practices

• Support updates to operating procedures as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in a safety supervisory role

• Strong familiarity with safety regulations

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities

• Capable of performing detailed audits and reviews

• Proactive in spotting and rectifying hazards
