Quality Assurance Technician

Position: Quality Assurance Technician Role
Champion product quality as a Quality Assurance Technician age in inspections and collaborative audits to uphold quality in all products and processes.

This full-time, permanent role emphasizes continuous quality enhancement. You will investigate non-conformance reports (NCRs), drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to meet production standards. Your analytical skills will aid in recognizing trends and systemic risks within the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture quality data for control and audits

• Address NCRs with timely responses and actions

• Lead RCA efforts with production and engineering teams

• Analyze NCR trends to identify risks

• Document KPIs and maintain quality reports

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience using Microsoft Office

• Strong mechanical problem-solving prowess

• Willingness to adapt hours for job needs
