You will work outdoors and engage in various tasks, including training field staff and conducting audits to maintain operational quality. Effective communication will be key in documenting inspections, delivering training, and overseeing quality metrics. This role requires substantial travel and a hands-on approach to quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out inspections on utility structures
• Document quality findings and recommend improvements
• Provide training to new field personnel
• Review and analyze quality assurance processes
• Assist in developing quality-related communications
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED, college coursework preferable
• Minimum of three years in relevant fieldwork
• Clean provincial driver's license required
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
Lead efforts in enhancing quality assurance programs while navigating diverse environments and meeting travel demands.
