In this position, you will proactively ensure that utility structures are maintained to the highest standards through quality inspections and evaluations. Working with Foremen and other management, you will provide field training and support to uphold quality control protocols. High travel demands will immerse you in real-world challenges, offering a dynamic work environment focused on quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect utility equipment and structures for quality assurance
• Evaluate and document inspections and quality assessments
• Mentor field staff in operational QA practices
• Conduct quality audits and assess compliance
• Monitor performance metrics for quality improvement
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of three years' experience in relevant fields
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
