Position: Quality Supervisor for Inspection Processes
Oversee quality management as a dedicated Quality Supervisor. Lead quality control initiatives and ensure all work complies with industry standards and project specifications.

This role involves spearheading quality control processes within operations and collaborating with various teams. You will develop quality control documentation, conduct inspections, and coordinate with project managers and clients on QA requirements. Your leadership will also foster continuous improvement efforts within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality control procedures

• Manage Inspection and Test Plans efficiently

• Conduct surface preparation and coating inspections

• Ensure all work meets industry and project standards

• Lead internal audits for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a quality-related role required

• AMPP/NACE CIP Level 2 or higher needed

• Strong technical knowledge of coating systems

• Familiarity with CSA, NACE, and ASTM standards

• Excellent documentation and attention to detail
