Brandt seeks a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to oversee product and process quality at its various facilities. With a focus on analyzing quality data and addressing non-conformances, this role requires robust problem-solving and collaboration skills. Candidates should have a strong manufacturing background and a passion for delivering lasting quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and enhance internal and external product quality
• Track and report KPIs on quality performance
• Analyze quality data and implement improvement plans
• Support non-conformances and corrective actions
• Conduct compliance audits for products and suppliers
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Quality Engineering or related discipline
• 10 years of manufacturing quality experience
• Knowledge of steel fabrication and machining
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
• Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis methods
