As part of FYihealth group, solis optics is hiring a motivated Optical Associate for a full-time role. In this position, your key responsibilities will include greeting customers, managing appointments, and providing exceptional educational experiences about eyewear options. Engaging directly with clients and assisting with frame fittings will elevate their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with check-in/check-out

• Engage through phone, in-person, and email communication

• Prepare prescription printouts and manage appointments

• Guide customers in selecting optimal eyewear

• Coordinate frame measurements and support lens orders

Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles

• Optical knowledge is desirable

• Proficient in technology, including MS Office

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
