In this pivotal role, you'll support the Store Manager and manage day-to-day operations while leading your team in providing outstanding customer experiences. The position requires a minimum of two years of retail experience, with a preference for cannabis background, and the ability to step up as the Store Manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and facilitate store daily operations
• Serve as acting Store Manager in their absence
• Guide associates with direction and training
• Ensure superior store conditions and compliance
• Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary
Requirements:
• High school diploma and additional training in retail
• At least 2 years of retail experience preferred
• Must obtain Canna Sell SK certification before employment
• Valid First Aid certification is an asset
• Strong problem-solving and team-building skills
Lead by example in customer service and store management at Canna Cabana.
