This full-time role with SNDL Inc. invites seasoned professionals with retail, hospitality, or bar management experience to lead the spirits department. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and inspire a dedicated department team
• Deliver personalized spirit recommendations to customers
• Organize and host engaging tastings to promote products
• Manage inventory and merchandising effectively
• Keep the department well-organized and compliant with regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a spirits-related position
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
• Certification in Serve it Right preferred
• Excellent communication and passion for customer service
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs and adapt to varying hours
