Location: Moose Jaw
Take the reins as a Team Leader in our retail store, supporting daily operations and cultivating a strong team environment. You'll focus on excellent service and effective store management.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with all operational aspects of the store. Responsibilities include supervising sales associates, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety protocols. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and oversee store associates in daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with customer service excellence
• Supervise merchandise display and shelf stocking
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Manage cash handling and store opening/closing duties
Requirements:
• One year of retail experience necessary
• 1-2 years in a supervisory position required
• Desire to advance within the organization
• Flexible availability including all shifts
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
