Beer Department Manager

Take charge of the beer department as Beer Manager at Wine & Beyond in Regina, Saskatchewan. Focus on customer service, product knowledge, and team leadership to create memorable experiences for our guests.
As a Beer Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team and promote our vast beer selection, including craft and local options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a motivated and high-performing department staff

• Drive customer engagement and beer sales

• Plan and host in-store tastings and special events

• Oversee inventory management and new product launches
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in retail or liquor management

• Leadership experience preferred

• Passion for beer, Cicerone Level 1 is an asset

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Available evenings and weekends, capable of lifting 50 lbs
