Lead the beer experience at Wine & Beyond in Regina, Saskatchewan as the Beer Manager. We are looking for someone with extensive beer knowledge and a passion for customer engagement to drive sales and team performance.

You will manage the beer department in our store, ensuring an engaging environment while supervising a skilled team. Key responsibilities include organizing in-store tastings, maintaining department standards, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Support a high-performing beer department team

• Increase sales and enhance customer experiences

• Organize in-store tastings and promotional events

• Manage inventory, orders, and product launches

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of liquor or retail experience

• Leadership background strongly preferred

• Deep knowledge of beer;
Cicerone Level 1 is advantageous

• Excellent communication and customer service traits

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts
