Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all customers warmly as they arrive
• Promote programs like VOC and In-Store Pickup
• Maintain professionalism by adhering to dress code
• Manage merchandise returns and vendor check-ins
• Keep entryway clean and organized
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Adaptable to new procedures and processes
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
