As a Team Leader, you possess a passion for fashion and customer service. You will provide a unique and memorable shopping experience to every customer and support the development and growth of employees.
Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.
Develop and train the sales team on customer service, promotion of programs, product knowledge and trends.
Monitor sales targets and take required actions to influence store results.
Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Open and close the store as required.
Qualifications Strong passion for fashion and customer service.
Experience as a team leader or sales trainer.
Strong selling and customer service skills.
Dynamic and collaborative team player.
Commitment to career development and advancement.
Supportive management and good work/life balance.
