Join Sephora Canada as an Operations Consultant in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role focuses on enhancing client experience and organizing stockroom efficiency alongside the Operations Supervisor.
As a full-time Operations Consultant, you'll ensure a clean and organized store presentation while assisting in the training of cashiers. Your responsibilities include processing shipments and maintaining compliance with Sephora's inventory and merchandising standards. Effective communication and multitasking are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional service to clients in store
• Support stockroom organization according to standards
• Timely receipt and processing of shipments
• Train employees on Point-Of-Sale operations
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to management
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail experience required
• Proficient in organization and problem-solving
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Required flexible availability, including evenings
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds
