As a Key Holder, you will greet customers and provide insights about cannabis options while promoting the company's culture. Collaborate with Store Managers and maintain product knowledge to create a welcoming environment and ensure successful daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers and understand their cannabis needs
• Provide education on strains and consumption methods
• Support merchandising and company cultural initiatives
• Uphold cleanliness and routine maintenance within the store
• Conduct transactions efficiently on the POS system
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Retail or hospitality experience beneficial
• Valid cannabis certifications and knowledge of laws
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
• Reliable transportation required
