Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers for outstanding Co-op experiences

• Lead and train the Bakery team for productivity

• Oversee ordering, inventory, and merchandising

• Ensure food safety compliance and sanitation standards

• Monitor sales goals and execute efficient planning

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in bakery or retail management

• Red Seal Baker certification preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
