La Vie en Rose is seeking a dedicated Key Holder for their part-time position. You'll use your sales experience to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Expectations include helping customers, maintaining a tidy store, and managing the sales floor during peak times, along with responsibilities for meeting personal sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assistance
• Answer questions and explain product features confidently
• Manage the sales floor in the absence of managers
• Prepare and arrange products to enhance shopping experience
• Process transactions and accompany customers to cash register
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience in retail
• Strong understanding of lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear
• Proactive and conscientious approach to customer service
• Willingness to work during busy seasons
• Bilingual capability is an asset
