This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to customers while accurately processing transactions. As a Cashier, you will ensure an efficient cash drawer operation and adhere to company policies. You’ll also assist in training new staff members and maintaining the Front End Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service during transactions

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and follow procedures

• Operate Customer Service Desk with lottery, refunds, and inquiries

• Keep Front End Department merchandise organized

• Assist in training junior staff members

Requirements:

• Basic numeracy skills for transaction accuracy

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with company policies and customer engagement

• Commitment to supporting various store functions

• Adaptability to assist with additional duties as required
