Canna Cabana is hiring a knowledgeable and dedicated Full-Time Shift Leader to assist in daily store operations. You will support the Store Manager, ensure high standards, and resolve customer issues. This role requires great leadership skills to guide a team, achieve sales targets, and maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations in support of management

• Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally

• Guide and train associates to ensure exemplary conduct

• Achieve sales targets and monitor store level KPIs

• Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:

• Canna Sell SK certification mandatory by first day

• High school and relevant vocational training completed

• At least 2 years of retail experience required

• Strong customer service and leadership skills

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
