Oversee operations and drive sales as an Assistant Manager at a franchised Sobeys store in Stellarton, Nova Scotia. Guide team efforts in merchandising, inventory, and customer satisfaction.

This role is pivotal in maintaining store standards and supporting the execution of Division Grocery Merchandising programs. As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise staff scheduling, managing inventory control, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Your focus will be on resolving issues, reducing out-of-stocks, and enhancing department profitability.
