Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with customers effectively

• Lead, coach, and train the bakery staff

• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and shrink control

• Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness

• Plan and monitor sales goals and strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in bakery or retail management

• Red Seal Baker certification is an asset

• Excellent communication and motivational skills

• Strong understanding of food safety practices

• Competent in using Microsoft Office software
