In your role reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will engage with customers by understanding their needs and recommending products that fit. You'll take pride in maintaining visual presentation standards and actively promote various store programs and special offers. Your problem-solving skills will be vital in addressing customer concerns and improving their overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver legendary service by supporting customer purchasing decisions
• Promote in-store programs and sales initiatives
• Ensure attractive visual displays and effective merchandise presentation
• Resolve customer queries using sound judgment
• Stay informed about outdoor trends and related product offerings
Requirements:
• Sales or service experience of one year is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to evaluate and meet customer needs accurately
• Expertise in delivering superior customer service levels
• Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s offerings is beneficial
