As a Merchandise Innovator, you will work alongside the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure your store embodies brand standards and visual strategies. Your responsibilities include coaching the Floorset team, managing product replenishment, and identifying merchandising opportunities. With a collaborative spirit, you will celebrate team successes and enhance guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute killer Floorsets through team training and coaching
• Oversee daily merchandising and effective stock replenishment
• Spot opportunities for improvement in merchandising displays
• Promote a guest-focused culture within the merch team
• Uphold compliance with store safety and operational policies
Requirements:
• Experience in retail merchandising with strong visual skills
• Exceptional organization and prioritization abilities
• Flexible schedule for early and late shifts
• Passion for AE and Aerie products
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
