The Role:
Beer Manager We're looking for a beer-savvy, customer-focused leader to run the beer department at our new Wine and Beyond location in Regina. As Beer Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things beer—craft, local, import, and more. You’ll lead a team, drive sales, manage inventory, and create an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll DoLead and support a high-performing department team Drive beer sales and customer engagement
Plan and host in-store tastings and events
Keep your department clean, stocked, and visually appealing
Manage inventory, ordering, and product launches
Maintain compliance with safety and liquor regulations
Support daily store operations and collaborate with management
What You Bring2+ years of retail or liquor experience
Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
Strong beer knowledge (Cicerone Level 1 or similar is a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Serve It Right certification (or ability to get it)
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet Available evenings and weekends
Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
