Key Responsibilities:- Follow Home Depot’s Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking service model
- Ask open-ended questions about projects and customer expertise
- Recommend merchandise, related items, and available services
- Maintain signed, displayed, and clean products
- Follow safety and Loss Prevention procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and customer-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Retail or trade experience is an asset
- Availability for evenings and weekends may be required
