Sales Manager – Drive Nation Regina
Permanent – Fulltime

You’ll work alongside our leadership team to keep the store running strong and the culture thriving.
What you’ll be doing :- Drive the daily rhythm of the sales floor — appointments, deals, follow-ups, and energy.
- Work deals with your team, providing structure, strategy, and support when needed.
- Maintain strong gross and volume through smart desking and disciplined process.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and a consistent Hyundai experience.
- Monitor CRM activity, lead management, and follow-up quality.
- Help develop sales staff through daily interaction, feedback, and encouragement.
- Collaborate with the GM and department leaders to execute store initiatives and hit targets.

- Automotive sales management experience required (minimum 2 years).
- Proven understanding of new and pre-owned deal structure and CRM systems.
- A record of consistent sales success and customer satisfaction.
- A passion for people, performance, and doing things the right way.
