In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales growth and coordinating team efforts within your satellite branch. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager to define local sales targets while managing pricing and discount policies. Your focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency will be key in developing successful sales campaigns and maintaining positive accounts receivable levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate sales growth in your branch
• Coach and develop your sales team effectively
• Coordinate pricing and sales management activities
• Maintain accounts receivable within target levels
• Oversee inventory management and distribution processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• 5 years related industry experience
• Knowledge of computer systems and MS Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Quality System training (ISO) preferred
