We are currently seeking a career-minded, motivated, and outgoing Ag Territory Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Reg­ina Area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship‑building, thrives in a field‑based sales environment, and has an interest in agriculture and supporting local business communities.

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Greater Regina area
• Meet with farmers and small business owners to understand their needs
• Present CFIB solutions that provide value, savings, and support
• Develop new business through prospecting and referrals
• Build long‑term relationships with members
• Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
• Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development

• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently
• Coachable mindset with interest in long‑term career growth
• Comfortable working in a field‑based role
• Some agricultural or farming knowledge/experience is considered a strong asset
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Total earning potential of $90,000+ annually, including uncapped commission and quarterly performance bonuses
