This full-time position requires partnership with the Crop Inputs Location Manager to ensure customers receive premier agronomic service and advice. You will be instrumental in forecasting market trends, achieving sales targets, and facilitating operational efficiency. Your leadership in developing sales strategies will enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert agronomy skills and exceptional customer service

• Report on business targets and explore new agronomy opportunities

• Develop and implement the agronomy program in your region

• Train and support fellow agronomists and staff

• Drive innovation by collaborating with Crop Input suppliers
Requirements:

• Hold a professional designation (P. Ag or CCA)

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture is preferred

• 2-3 years of experience in sales agronomy

• Management experience is beneficial

• Strong organizational skills and Office software proficiency
