Job Summary

The MRO & Sales Coordinator plays a central role as the primary point of contact in ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support throughout the quotation, approval, sales, and service process. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing and managing quotations, obtaining supplier pricing and lead‑time information, processing customer approvals, coordinating sales transactions, and following up to ensure work moves smoothly from approval through completion.
